Garbage and Trash

The Pulaski County Public Service Authority (PSA) handles residential and commercial trash collection. The PSA is responsible for collecting your trash and the associated billing. The Town of Pulaski bills the Residential customers on their respective Water/Sewer Bills. The PSA also offers one free special pickup per year for large items such as refrigerators, washers and other large items.

Garbage and trash must be kept in covered metal or plastic containers at all times. Plastic bags may be placed curbside for collection not more than 24 hours in advance of the next regular scheduled collection time.

If your trash hasn't been picked up or you have a question about your pick-up or garbage bill, please call the PSA at 674-8720.
